Ms. Kiemnec distributed a report on area conferences to be held in <br />April, May, and June and her recommendations as to staff <br />attendance (see Appendix H). Mr. Newburn made a motion to send the <br />staff to the conferences according to Ms. Kiemnec's <br />recommendation; Mr. Nimtz seconded; motion passed. <br />9. Hearing of Visitors <br />No report. <br />10. Announcements 8 Miscellaneous Matters <br />Ms. Kiemnec announced that the Commission had received two <br />publications: The Old House Journal Catalog for 1985 and a reprint of <br />Art Works of South Bend 1894 & Our City 1889. <br />Mr. Nimtz made a motion to adjourn; Mrs. DeLaruelle seconded; the <br />meeting was adjourned at 9:12 p.m. <br />7 <br />
