Price explained about the first of t-wo presentations the <br />committee would be giving to the West Washington Area Residents <br />concerning H.P. zoning. <br />There was discussion on the voting rules for residents of the <br />area being designated as FT. P. District. <br />1.r. Oxian made a motion that the Cor-xnission type up and print <br />the proposed standards for the West North Shore Drive H.P. District <br />and mail them to the residents of the district a -rid the con nittee mei��bers. <br />Ili.ne seconded. The motion passed unani, usly. <br />r. Kline requested that the word "Triangle" not be used in the. <br />title or any reference to the West North Shore Drive H. P. District. <br />1.1r. Wasielewski stated that the Coma,?ttee had begun a preliminary, <br />review of the Orange -Colfax Connector, and discovered that the map in the <br />negative declaration of the West Washington National Register District <br />showed the correct boundaries of the District. <br />A letter, noting the error, had been sent out with a corrected <br />ra ap to 1.1r. Icilahon, City .Engineer, and several related government <br />agencies and officials interested in the project. <br />The co:­�ri-i ttee also requested the latest official documentation <br />of the Orange -Colfax Connector from Mr. Patrick `.:rcIIahon, City Engineer, <br />so they could do a complete review of the project. <br />Historic Landmarks and Standards <br />Oxian announced the coiwittee will rn.eet I,Iay 25. <br />1.1s. Peck annowr ced that despite his tranfer to Chicago, IIr. <br />John Stamper would continue to work, for us on week -ends. <br />"-Ir. Wasielewski suggested a letter be written to Jr. Steeper, <br />thanking him for his service to the Commission. <br />The cwmiittee will 'proceed in drafting up standards for the <br />Darden and Leeper Bridges as potential landmarks. <br />
