Discussion on Minutes President Wasielewski; appointed a committee of Ms. Price, Mr. Oxian,' and Ms. Sporleder to `investigate and settle the procedures of minutes by the next meeting.. Mr. Oxian made a motion to accept March's minutes. Mrs. Price seconded it. All were in_favor. 478 4. Treasurer's Report Ms. Price,' Treasurer, requested the _staff to include a debit side to the budget, so specific bills paid each month will be listed.next to the corresponding budget line. Ms. Price announced the budget balance was $12,763.00, minus $72.30," for Rink Riverside Printing', $25.00 for Ms. Peck's registration fee, and then askedfora motion to appropriate $25.00 for Candy Peck for her registration fee to a conference (Community Conservation Workshop)`to be taken out of Dues and Subscriptions. This motion was'seconded by Mr. Klein and passed unanimously along with the approval,,of the Trea- .surer's Report.
