There was no <br />one who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1309. Mr. Faccenda closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1309. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1309. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1313 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2422 <br />Viridian Drive in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. ( John and Lai Lo <br />Gould dba: Commonwealth Corp.) <br />Mr. Beitzinger read the staff report on the <br />project. John and Lai Lo Gould own <br />Viridian Office Park, located just off Bendix <br />Drive between Lathrop Street and Boland <br />Drive. Their project calls for the <br />construction of four 2,500 square foot Class <br />A office buildings in the Viridian Office <br />Park. This will comprise Phase II and <br />Phase III of the office development. (Phase <br />I is an existing 12,000 square foot building). <br />When Phase II and Phase III are completed, <br />the petitioner intends to add several other <br />office buildings as Phase IV and Phase V to <br />complete the park.
