Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />1014 N. Eddy in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Pro ra . <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that under the Rental <br />Rehab Program 10 % of a loan is forgiven <br />each year if the conditions of the program are <br />met. This Certificate of Waiver forgives <br />$789.00 as of August 30, 1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $789.00 as of <br />August 30, 1993 for property located at 1014 <br />N. Eddy Street. <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Subordination Agreement with Valley <br />American Bank & Trust for property located <br />at 313 E. Ewing. (George Athens) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission <br />currently has a mortgage in the amount of <br />$9,900 with George Athens.
