Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Gainey Realty & Investments) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission sold <br />a small piece of land to Gainey Realty to be <br />used in conjunction with their present <br />location to expand their business. The <br />project is complete and looks very nice. The <br />staff recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Gainey <br />Realty & Investments) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION FOR PROPERTY IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />n. Commission approval requested for Proposal <br />for Property Management Services from <br />Holladay Corporation for 414 W. Sample in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the building at <br />414 W. Sample was previously owned by <br />Corridor Properties. The Commission has <br />recently acquired the 160,000 square foot <br />building that has about five tenants. It has <br />some major maintenance problems that need <br />to be addressed for the tenants until we get <br />the tenants to relocate. We would like to <br />hire Holladay Corporation on a month -to- <br />month basis to take care of the property <br />management duties. Their cost for these <br />services is $1,200 per month plus an hourly <br />rate for any of their maintenance staff who <br />on <br />
