NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,300 FROM <br />Commission accepted the counter offer in the CHARLES AND ESTHER MARSH FOR <br />amount of $1,300 from Charles and Esther PROPERTY LOCATED AT 129 E. KEASEY <br />Marsh for property located at 129 E. Keasey. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1207 designating the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area, declaring the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area to be <br />blighted, approving a development plan and <br />conditions under which relocation ,payments <br />will be made, and establishing an allocation <br />area for purposes of tax incremental <br />financing. <br />Mrs. Manier noted that the Commission <br />considered and approved Resolution <br />No. 1151 designating the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area last spring. Further <br />review of those actions led to the discovery <br />of a procedural deficiency in the notice that <br />was published in the Tri- County News <br />concerning the public hearing. We have <br />determined that it is in our best interest to <br />repeat the declaratory process. <br />Mr. Magliozzi outlined the Development Plan <br />for the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The plan is essentially the same as was <br />approved previously, except that it <br />incorporates the acquisition list that was <br />approved by later resolution. <br />The new redevelopment area combines two <br />existing redevelopment areas, the Studebaker <br />-10- <br />
