Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $650 FROM Commission accepted the counter offer in the ELMO AND EVERETT BOLINGER FOR amount of $650 from Elmo and Everett PROPERTY LOCATED AT 208 E. OHIO Bolinger for property located at 208 E. Ohio. Mrs. Kolata noted that we have received a counter offer in the amount of $21,000 from Juanita Donaldson for her property at 218 E. Ohio. Our purchase offer was for $19,250. The staff recommends accepting the counter offer. Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the counter offer in the amount of $21,000 from Juanita Donaldson for property located at 218 E. Ohio. Mrs. Kolata noted that we have received a counter offer in the amount of $600 from Juanita Donaldson for her property at 220 E. Ohio. Our purchase offer was for $488. The staff recommends accepting the counter offer.
