The motion was seconded by Committeemember Jo M. Broden and <br /> carried with a voice vote of three(3) ayes. <br /> Bill No. 44-19- 2020 Teamster Employee Wage Ordinance- Ratification <br /> Dan Parker, City Controller with offices on the 12th floor of this building stated,Bill No. 44-19 is <br /> a reaffirmation of the Teamsters following negotiations. The ordinance was passed in 2017, and <br /> it's effective through the end of 2020. Nothing has changed in the prior years. <br /> Committee Chair Karen White opened the floor for anyone from the public wishing to speak in <br /> favor or opposition to Bill No.44-19. Seeing none,Committee Chair Karen White opened the floor <br /> back to the Committee for a vote. <br /> Committee Chair Karen White made a motion to send Bill No. 44-19 to the full Council with a <br /> favorable recommendation. The motion was seconded by Committeemember Jo M. Broden and <br /> carried with a voice vote of three(3) ayes. <br /> Substitute Bill No. 45-19- 2020 Non-Bargaining Employee and Officer Salary Ordinance <br /> Committee Chair Karen White made a motion to hear the substitute version of Bill No. 45-19. <br /> The motion was seconded by Committeemember Jake Teshka and carried with a voice vote of <br /> three (3) ayes. <br /> Dan Parker, City Controller with offices on the 12th floor of this building stated,Bill No. 45-19 is <br /> regarding the salary ordinance for non-bargaining employees. I do have a presentation for this <br /> particular bill, but I would like to wait until the public hearing this evening to present it for the <br /> benefit of the public. <br /> Committee Chair Karen White opened the floor for anyone from the public wishing to speak in <br /> favor or opposition to substitute Bill No. 45-19. Broden and carried with <br /> a voice vote of three(3) ayes. <br /> Bill No. 46-19- Fund Restructure Ordinance <br /> Dan Parker, City Controller with offices on the 12th floor of this building stated,Bill No. 46-19 is <br /> regarding the accounting changes proposed for the 2020 budget.
