r� r SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY MAY 31st, 1904. The Board met in special session at 7:I5 P. M. Mr. ?apczynski absent. Hea.r-ing given on the final estimate and assessment roll for Pipe_ Sewer.:on_-Mioh- itan/avenue from Wilber St. to -College St. and Pipe -Sewer on Bartlett street. 'St Jageph St and Hammond Ct. and Dinan-Ave.=and Nararree 'street from. St. JosephRiver. tb Marion street -under Improvement:.resolution, Nos. 174 :.155 respectively. No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrances appeareu. The Board find that the property a3sessed is 'benefitw(,to the amount of assessments in said roll, and the Board accordingly find that the Assessment Roll filed kay .17th-f 19., 4, and the Final Esj;imate a lowed May 31st, 1904 should be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed. Hearing given�On the following Declaratory Resolutions for the following street improvements. Pipe Sewer on Michigan avenue from College street to Johnston:._. street. N. Lafayettestreet from near Navarre street. to St. Joseph River. Keasey street from Michigan street to alley West of Carroll stfee" t'under improvement Resolution Nos. 187, 188, 189 respectively. The Engineer filed .his estimated cost of the improvements as follows; Michigan Avenue Pipe Sewer.............$1,800.00 N. Lafayettee street Pipe Sewer.........3,450.00 KeAsey street Pipe Sewer .............. 12600.00 In the above matter no remonstrances appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in the said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of the improvement and that said Declaratory resolutions are hereby in all thing s ratified and confirmed.
