Moore.. filed and accepted. <br />The Engineer filed assessment roil and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on <br />Portage avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 154. <br />Resolved, that .notices of the amounts of the as-:esz-ments be pubiished for six <br />consecutive days4n the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, com— <br />mencing on the 1st day of June, 1904, stating that this Board will givn a hearinf <br />on the amounts of such- assessments at its office in the City Halloon the 14th <br />day of June, 1904, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this Resolution <br />shall be published on the 1st day of June 1904 in the South Bend Daily Times and <br />the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a he ring upon <br />acceptance of such work at its officein the City Hall on the 14th day of June, <br />1904, at 7:15 P.
