Ellison: Basically, they amount to <br />ime and dollars in all of these instances. <br />hat it amounts to, Ms. Derbeck, is that <br />hen we started out some time ago with our <br />ppraisal services we estimated along with <br />he contractors the amount of dollars and <br />ime that would be involved. We have <br />ound that the appraisal process and <br />urveyor process in both areas to be <br />uch more complicated than we initially <br />nvisioned. Further, we are finding <br />here are certain problems which require <br />ome professional services to assure <br />hat we in fact prepare correct plats <br />nd maps that would be necessary for <br />he Commission when we present a declar- <br />tory resolution. <br />Derbeck: Basically, the ones that <br />are amending you are amending the <br />nt of.time and money involved? <br />.
