Ill. Schedule <br />118-077&Pinhook Park Site Improvements <br />A. The project will have a substantial completion date of July 15, 2020, and a final completion <br />date of July 31, 2020. Exclusive of seeding and planting which shall occur such that <br />planting can occur within seasonably appropriate window, with planting completion of <br />September 30, 2020. <br />B. Contractor shall provide a schedule to Owner prior to beginning any work on the site: <br />1. When developing project schedule, Contractor shall prioritize completion of playground, <br />trailhead, and trail work east of the boat launch parking lot/access drive prior to <br />beginning work on west half of Pinhook Park. <br />2. Stabilization of project site (fine grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) shall occur in <br />phases as areas are completed as noted in the plans. <br />3. As contiguous areas are completed, Contractor and City shall determine whether and <br />when these areas may be opened to the public. <br />4. Construction of boat launch shall be scheduled within seasonally appropriate window for <br />lower water levels. <br />5. Include a Site Utilization Plan showing temporary facilities and/or utilities, staging areas, <br />construction site entrances, vehicle circulation, and parking areas for construction <br />personnel and any proposed phasing of said facilities or routes. <br />C. Project work for Pinhook Park Pavilion Improvements 118-077B will be ongoing until <br />approximately March 31, 2020. Contractors to coordinate access as required to share <br />staging space in upper east lot. <br />D. The Park shall remain partially open throughout construction. Minimum access shall be <br />maintained as follows: <br />1. Angel of Hope: Shall remain open, including drive and parking access, except when trail <br />immediately adjacent is under construction, throughout duration of construction. <br />2. Pinhook Pavilion: Shall remain open, including upper/east lot drive access to existing <br />accessible parking spaces from completion of work on City Project 118-077B <br />(anticipated March 2020) through end of construction. <br />3. Boat Launch: Shall remain open, including parking lot, except as required for <br />construction of new launch and any improvements within the lot itself, throughout <br />duration of construction. <br />E. Liquidated Damages - $500/ calendar day — Special Provisions Section XVI.B.2 <br />F. The owner must be notified 10 business days prior for any deviations in the agreed upon <br />schedule or methods. <br />118.077 Pinhook Park Pavilion Improvements <br />A. Project work for Pinhook Park Site Improvements 118-077A will begin in Spring 2020. <br />Contractors to coordinate access as required to share staging space in upper east lot. <br />C. Liquidated Damages - $500/ calendar day — Special Provisions Section XVI.B.2 <br />D. The owner must be notified 10 business days prior for any deviations in the agreed upon <br />schedule or methods. <br />
