Section 4. Reporting to Work: <br />OPTION 1. Five (5) eight (8) hour days: <br />(a) The Employer will not be obligated to pay any Laborer appearing for work if <br />failure to go to work is due to inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work <br />stoppage by another craft. Otherwise, two (2) hours of pay at the regular rate will be <br />allowed for two (2) hours time for reporting to work, provided the Laborer remains at the <br />jobsite to perform whatever work may be assigned to him. <br />(b) If an Employee actually starts to work, he shall receive four (4) hours pay, <br />except in cases of inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work stoppage by <br />another craft. <br />(c) If an Employee works for longer than four (4) hours, he shall be paid for eight <br />(8) hours, except in cases of inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work <br />stoppage by another craft. <br />PION 2. Four (4) ten (10) hour days: <br />(a) The Employer will not be obligated to pay any Laborer appearing for work if <br />failure to go to work is due to inclement weather, Acts of God, vandalism, or a work <br />stoppage by another craft.
