Send notifications to the owner, sub -contractors, and suppliers of work starting. <br />11. Mobilize <br />a. Setup yard at jobsite <br />b. Receive materials. <br />c. Establish onsite safety program. <br />12. Build the Project <br />a. Adhere to safety policy and perform safety audits. <br />b. Work with Executive Leadership Team to prepare Pay -Applications. <br />c. Daily Reports. Project Manager is responsible to update and send out the dashboard daily. <br />d. Update owner weekly on project status. Update the project schedule monthly. <br />13. De -Mobilize <br />a. Restore site to original condition. <br />b. Return as much product as possible to vendors. <br />c. Put items where they belong back at Selge Headquarters. <br />14. Closeout the Project <br />a. Assemble owner's manual and provide walkthrough and training to owner as necessary. <br />b. Prepare As-Builts <br />c. Finalize and measure final quantities with inspector. <br />15. Lessons Learned Meeting <br />a. Post job huddle and log takeaways. <br />For this project we see the timeline being as follows: <br />• August 271h, 2019 — Submittal of Qualifications <br />• September 24th, 2019 — Selection/Award of Contract to Selge Construction <br />o 30 Days —Project Development <br />• October 21s1, 2019 — Submittal of final project proposal <br />o 14 Days — Negotiate Master Performance Contract <br />o 14 Days — Present to Board of Public Works <br />• November 18th, 2019 — Notice to Proceed <br />o Design/Engineering — 60 Days <br />o Permit and Utility Approval — 30 Days <br />o Procurement of Materials — 30-60 Days <br />• March 131h, 2020 — Solar Installation (weather dependent). <br />o Roof Repair/Replacement — 45 Days <br />o Solar and Electrical Installation — 45 Days <br />• May 2Pt, 2020 — Commissioning (weather dependent). <br />The timelines above are estimated. Depending on sequence of approvals from City of South Bend, there is a <br />chance things could come together sooner. To make this happen, we would anticipate the selection/award/ <br />negotiation needing to happen much quicker to allow time to engineer and procure materials. If that is not <br />able to happen, the likely weather conditions will push the mobilization until March/April 2020. <br />22 <br />
