Justin Butler — Director of Operations For this project, Justin will provide executive oversight and will assist with project estimating and scheduling. Justin is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and has been employed at Selge since 2010. His experience includes Lift stations, dewatering, pipe installation, storm and sanitary sewers, estimating, planning and coordination of projects. Peter Rienks —Director of Business Development Overall at Selge, Peter is responsible for driving strategy, building culture, and growing Selge Construction in a responsible way. He assists with key relationships, special projects, service expansion, and developing new business. Peter holds two degrees, a Bachelors of the Science of Architecture (Lawrence Tech University) and a Masters of Business Administration (University of Notre Dame). Peter's work background is in project development, engineering, and procurement. He has specialized in utility scale solar energy development and was responsible for building and developing some of the largest projects in the Midwest. For this project, Selge would be responsible for the overall project management and general construction. We would closely manage and coordinate with any/all subcontractors. Considering the nature of the project, we anticipate using the resources of at least three subcontractors: Midland Engineering (roofing) JPR Engineering (electrical/structural engineering) Bender Electric (electrical installation) Besides these three subcontractors, it is our intent to self -perform all other tasks, including, the actual labor to install the solar racking system and the panels. 20
