JMS considers commissioning an integral part of any of our projects. Performing quality
commissioning improves system function and longevity. Commissioning also continues
the open lines of communication that have been developed during the construction
period between JMS and the building owner and set the stage for the life of the contract.
This allows JMS to provide projects that once commissioned provide a comfortable and
energy efficient indoor environment at as lower cost of operation compared to non-
commissioned systems.
Roof Inspections:
Our approach to managing roof assets is very straight forward. We start with a
comprehensive roof evaluation in order to determine which roofs are in good, fair and poor
condition. To assist with the evaluation, we perform an infrared (IR) scan/thermography
diagnostic exam and or a roof "MRI" to identify any wet insulation in the roof system.
Finally, we work with the city officials and administration team to develop a budget for a
multi -year roof asset management plan.
Experience Matters: Past Solar Projects
Over 46.4 MW of Commercial, Municipal, & K-12 Solar Projects in Indiana
Some Past Projects:
Indianapolis International Airport (13 MW)—Indy Solar Partners II, completed
December 2014
Indianapolis International Airport (11MW), completed Summer 2013
• Indianapolis International Airport (3.3MW), completed Summer 2015
City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works —East 21st Street (108kW),
completed October 2013
• City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works —West Street (108kW). completed
October 2013
• City of Lake Station, IN (72kW), completed December 2011
Indianapolis Housing Agency (60kW), completed October 2011
Danville Public Library (47.3kW), completed March 2017
• East Washington Public Library (7.6kW), completed February 2017
• Jennings County Public Library (192.65kW), completed Summer 2014
• City of North Vernon (2.2 MW at Multiple Sites), completed Summer 2018
• Hamilton County Jail (3.3 MW), completed Summer 2018
• MSD Wayne Township -Ben Davis High School (2.5 MW AC with (2) 750kW
Generators), completed Fall 2018
• Orleans Community School Corp Jr/Sr HS & ES (1.37 MW), completed Spring 2018
