O,escri be your firm's standards and best practices for selection of solar technologies.
Being a performance contractor and offering our customers guaranteed savings means
we are heavily invested in not only theperformance of the products we offer but the
maintenance and service of such products. We travel across the country attending solar
conferences and workshops seeking better, long-term solutions for our customers.
Johnson l'elloh Solutions continues to put products through testing at our main office
in Indianapolis. Our decision to provide solar as an energy conservation measure was
made only, after testing and comparing a 10kW solar system against wind turbines at
our main office. Within our office you will find different types of LED fixtures„ lighting
control systems, Geothermal HVAC systems, mini split duct systems, off -grid solar hot
water heaters and a GNG fueling station. These are just some of the technologies that we
have personally tested prior to offering thern as a solution to our customers, In the event
customers want to try new technology that Johnson Melloh Solutions hats yet 'to test or
confirm its viability, we are willing to partner with customers on pilot projects that are
used as case studies for those new technologies. This allows both parties to benefit and
share in the experience of being on the forefront of technology advancements.
Johnson Melloh Solutions designs all their solar projects around Tier 1 module
manufacturers. This means we design and purchase from a module manufacture that is
ranked in the top 2% of all panel manufactures based on the Bloomberg Finance Report.
These Tier 1 companies historically are vertically integrated, invest heavily in R&D, use
advanced robotic processes aind have manufactured solar modules longer than 5years.
Year
2019
2019
Prpect Name
Pisinq Sun Elementary
Rising Sun High School
System
Size (kW)
168.96
133.12
$/Watt
$ 2.56
$ 2.65
Total
$ 432,537.60
$ 352,768.00
2019
Jennings County
188.63
$ 2.78
$ 524,391.40
2018
North Vernon Water Treatment
115
$ 2.67
$ 307,050.00
Hamilton County Community
2018
Corrections
210.E
$ 2.20
$ 463,320.00
Anticipated
South Bend Fire Depart ient
132
$ 2.65
$ 350,860.00
** The above
referenced projects and cost do not include required roof repairs.**
** The anticipated roof cost for the South Bend Fire Department is $300,000.**
