Solar module <br />technologies and their efficiencies as well as other components related to solar have <br />advanced rapidly over the last decade. The market has seen both manufactures, <br />distributors and installers come and go throughout these advancements. Johnson <br />Melloh Solutions has been able to effectively navigate the solar market and provide <br />our customers with cutting edge technologies while maintaining a competitive price <br />advantage over our competition. This means our customers get to enjoythe economies of scale savings <br />regardless of the size of their project. <br />National Leverage <br />Johnson Melloh Solutions has a national presence that is valued by manufactures and <br />suppliers. They understand providing competitive pricing and great customer service <br />could open the door to a reliable national account. <br />Manufacture Direct <br />Just a few years ago most solar panels and their components were strictly purchased <br />through the manufacturer. Recently, however, electrical wholesale distributors have <br />pushed their way into the purchasing process. With this comes additional mark-ups <br />from those distributors. Many of the manufactures are no longer dealing directly with <br />contractors and have made sole agreements with different distributors. Johnson Melloh <br />Solutions has maintained great relationships with major Tier 1 panel manufacturers and <br />still buy directly from the manufacturer. <br />Payment Terms <br />Johnson Melloh Solutions can and will pay quicker than most contractors. Historically, <br />we have been able to negotiate better pricing on products based on our willingness to <br />pay quicker. <br />Immediate Shipment/Storage <br />Pricing and availability are obstacles all solar contractors have dealt with over the last <br />fewyears as tariffs have become a driving factor of supply and demand. Most of the solar <br />module manufactures cannot guarantee or forecast availability more than 30 days out <br />and pricing rarely is guaranteed for more than a week. Johnson Melloh Solutions has <br />60,000 square feet of storage available for product. Johnson Melloh Solutions has been <br />able to procure and store modules for upcoming projects.
