C. EXCLUSIONS continued... Any crane mats (assume exterior crane road paths will be provided by Others to within 20' of the structure). -- Any precast panel erection work underneath existing poured -in -place formwork. -- Buckhoist (to be provided by Others, as described above). Utility location or protection. Any dewatering of footings. Sealer, painting, staining, water proofing, expansion joints. Caulking of precast to dissimilar materials (limestone, metal, etc.). -- Any field cuts in precast products which may be required by other trades. Patching of chips caused by other trades. Structural steel or continuous steel members. Any jobsite firesafing. -- TAXES OF ANY TYPE (tax exempt cert. must be provided to us for our records). III. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc.is a Certified Plant under the Prestressed Concrete Institute's Plant Certification program. 2. All precast/prestressed concrete will be fabricated in compliance with manufacturing and testing procedures, control recommendations, and dimensional tolerances set forth by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Manual MNL-117. 3. Slight color variations in all products must be expected. 4. The above price does NOT include any openings 144 square inches or less being cast into the precast/prestressed products. Any openings of this size shall be field located and drilled by others. 5. Mutual agreed to project schedule will supersede any written project schedules. 6. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. reserves the right to use standard sections, details, panel design and procedures to facilitate manufacturing, engineering, and production of precast products. 7. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. will, at additional cost, install items embedded in the precast products for other trades but will not furnish nor be responsible for the structural integrity or intended purpose of the items. 8. Any fire rated assemblies. B. WORK ITEMS TO BE PROVIDED OR PERFORMED BY OTHERS 1. Stabilized level access for delivery equipment under their own power into the jobsite.The compacted surface and or slab must accommodate loaded tractor -trailers. 2. Traffic control if required during delivery and/or erection at/or near the jobsite. 3. Customary care shall be taken when moving crane and material, but the contractor shall provide reasonable access in order to prevent damage to existing improvements, such as existing roads, curbs, landscaping, or environmentally sensitive areas, etc. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages. C. DESIGN CRITERIA Products will be designed to conform to state and local building codes. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. specialty engineers are Registered Professional Engineers and NOT the Engineer of Record for the structure. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. will NOT perform the lateral analysis of the structure. Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. is responsible for the design of individual pieces and connections shown on the Bid Documents based on Structural Design Parameters furnished by the Engineer of Record. D. PAYMENT TERMS, THE ABOVE PRICE IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT TERMS: Unless otherwise specified herein, payment in installments of 90% for the value of engineering, startup, and precasting work shall be made by the Buyer to Coreslab Structures (Indianapolis) Inc. on or before the 15th day of the month following the month in which invoiced.
