INCLUSIONS <br />This proposal includes: <br />Insulated and solid arch. precast panels, in sizes and thickness as per Coreslab's take -off and panelizations. <br />-- Precast panels are provided delivered ONLY to the jobsite. Hoisting and erection by Others. Precast panel caulking by Others. <br />SCHEDULE: See Coreslab schedule attached. Precast delivery starts 4/10/20 as noted in contract schedule, and is <br />completed by 9/21/20. Straight time only, see Section II Plan & Equipment Questionnaire for more information <br />concerning schedule and delivery assumptions included in price. <br />-- All arch. precast pieces to have one face mix, factory buff with back mix to be buff or gray. <br />Arch. precast face mix to match as closely as possible to PCI Plate # 119, with a light acid etch or sandblast finish. <br />Precast back mix to be structural gray concrete, where exposed having a two (2) pass hard steel trowel finish. The back <br />finish in non -exposed areas is to have a one (1) pass steel trowel finish. <br />12" x 12" samples will be submitted for mix color and finish approval. <br />(2) sample panels approx. 16 SF in area to be viewed and approved at the precast plant. No site mock-up. <br />-- Precast insulation board to be 3" thick extruded polystyrene, Type IV, with square edges. <br />Insulated precast panels to have non-metallic wythe connectors. <br />Thin brick cast into precast where shown to be Utility size, Metrobrick 350 Main street flashed and 101 Commons. <br />Limestone pattern form liner provided where shown as 8" x 16" with 3/8" wide reveals and 1/4" reveal depth. <br />An operated & maintained Buckhoist is to be provided by Others, at no cost to Coreslab or our erector (Alt. #5), for <br />transportation of personnel, equipment, & materials throughout the entire scope of work and shall be a min. of 12'-0" deep. <br />- Panels to bear on slab edge, typically. Assume approx. (200) locations where pre -welds will be attached to columns for bearing. <br />- Embeds for any cast -in -place concrete work necessary for precast connx. will be furnished by Coreslab, installed by Others. <br />Shims and bearing pads are provided as required. Shimming and grouting as required. <br />-- Uncoated reinforcement. <br />-- All exposed to final exterior embedded plates, anchorage devices, and loose connection devices shall be galvanized. <br />- All remaining embedded plates, anchorage devices, and loose connection devices shall be prime painted. <br />It is assumed that first level precast connections to the CIP structure will be post -installed by Coreslab. <br />All other embeds required in foundation or CIP structure shall be designed & provided by Coreslab, installed by Others. <br />Indiana licensed engineering for precast product and connection design, and framing layout. <br />Payment & Performance Bond. <br />C. EXCLUSIONS <br />This proposal does not include any other items and specifically the following: <br />Any Hoisting or Erection of the precast panels (See Alt. #5). <br />Any field laid limestone, material and connections (designed & provided by Others in Alt. #1). <br />Any cast -in -place concrete work. Any installation of precast embeds in foundation or structure. <br />Any full size mock-ups. Any mock-ups erected at the jobsite, reduced size mock-up only, delivered with off-loading by Others. <br />Any Caulking of the precast to precast joints only (See Alt. #6). <br />ACCESS for crane & trucks to move under their own power, per the requirements noted above. <br />For Alt. # 5, erection of precast shall be in (1) mobilization for crane and crew. Access to be by Others as required on <br />the attached crane access plan. South elevation precast from Lines 4 to 7 and D to H may be set using the tower crane <br />on site, per the requirements noted in Add. # 3. Schedule shall be during normal work hours and be continuous <br />for the erection crew. Tower crane pieces shall be picked off E. Lasalle Ave. <br />-- For Alt. #5, the Weld Inspector is to be available at all times during prewelds and erection. If he is not available, pictures <br />will be taken of the welds and will be treated as acceptable if no response by 24 hours. <br />For Alt. # 5, tower crane cannot be used during precast erection with the ground crane if they interfere with each other. <br />For Alt. #5, ground crane access will be required on all (4) sides of the structure, to within 20' of it if possible. <br />For Alt. #5, if a street closure/blockage is required during assembly or disassembly of the crane it shall be provided <br />by Others at no cost to Coreslab and to be during normal working hours. <br />
