We have <br />ample storage space at no charge for the City. We also have the ability to expand square footage, <br />production and technology to support the City's print needs. <br />Inventory data can be made available through the AG Online storefronts with email notifications for <br />inventory management options when inventory becomes low. <br />TRANSITION AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br />AG is committed to providing the best possible service to the City. With this goal in mind, we <br />propose the following plan to help streamline the transition to our services: <br />• AG will designate a project and account lead —Senior Account Manager <br />AG will create and designate an email address specifically for the City of South Bend, which <br />will be consistently monitored <br />• The City of South Bend will provide artwork and all necessary printing assets to AG in order <br />to streamline ordering <br />AG and the City will provide specific personnel to collaborate toward quick transition and <br />project implementation <br />• During the transition, AG will provide completed production within 5 business days of order <br />approval <br />PRICING, TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />Per the RFR the pricing schedule has been included as Appendix 2. 2021 pricing will be increased <br />based upon paper and material cost increases at a minimum of 3-5%. <br />Prices included in the schedule are based upon the City's expected usage rate as defined in the <br />RFR All design, prepress, production, bindery and fulfillment costs are included in the per -unit cost <br />Shipping and Delivery is not included. Any rush fees incurred will not exceed 40% of the invoice <br />Prices are based an the assumption that print ready files will be submitted by the City. AG will <br />conduct file reviews, pre-flight analysis, general file preparation and setup for production. This work <br />has been estimated and is included in the per -unit cost.
