Petition— <br />ing for a pipe seweronBirdsell Street from Fassnacht* Avernus to the First Alley <br />South of Fassancht Avenue. <br />The City Attorney appeared before the Board regarding the Welsbach.Street Lighting <br />Contract, The Board empowered the Attorney to take w:riatever legal steps n*c- <br />essary to properly place the matter before the City Common Council. The City <br />v' The City Attorney made oral report on his progress in obtaining options on ease— <br />ments on land laying along the purposed route of the Bowman Creek Sewer. <br />Permission was granted by the Board to ,the Central Union Telephone Company of <br />this City to replace their present 50f't. pole at the southeast corner of Portage <br />Avenue and Navarre St. , with a new 50 f't . pole. <br />Reports of the City Engineer received and read as follows; <br />Ire speetft€lly,report Ahat I have tAbulated,tlhe b1da -sub*_itted on March 5th, for the <br />paving of the First Alley South of Jefferson Ylvd ,from Main Street to Lafayette St. <br />and find that Hoban & Roach are the `lowest and best bidders upon Wabash Brick Block, <br />la.1 d upon ot,.- fi ae inch concrete foundation.
