Pavement on Carroll Court from Tutt to Sample Street, Under Improvement Resolution • :'No 116 and 116 - A. Marion Flock on a gra;vil foundation. Awarded to C.H.DeFrees. Pavement on the First Ailey East of Emerick Street from LaSalle Avenue to Colfax Avenue. Under Imp roveme Lt Resolution 117 and 117 —A. Marion on c gravel foundati oia Awarded to C.H.DeFrees. ✓ Pavement on the First Alley South of Washington Avenue from Williams to Taylor Street, Under Improvement Resolution # 126 and 1 -A. Marion Block on .a gravel foundation. Awarded to C.H.DeFrees. ✓ Pavement on the First Alley South of Jefferson Blvd. from Main to' Lafayette Street Under Improvement Resolution lo. 12P on a concrete foundation. Wabash Block. Same awarded to Hoban & Roach. i Pavement on the second Alley South of Wayne Street from St. Joseph Street to Carroll Street Under Improvement Resolution No. 125. - WrtbasA Block on a concrete foundation. Same awarded to Hoban & Roach. ,--Petition received. read, and referred to the Engineer for investigation. Petition— ing for a pipe seweronBirdsell Street from Fassnacht* Avernus to the First Alley South of Fassancht Avenue. The City Attorney appeared before the Board regarding the Welsbach.Street Lighting Contract, The Board empowered the Attorney to take w:riatever legal steps n*c- essary to properly place the matter before the City Common Council. The City v' The City Attorney made oral report on his progress in obtaining options on ease— ments on land laying along the purposed route of the Bowman Creek Sewer. Permission was granted by the Board to ,the Central Union Telephone Company of this City to replace their present 50f't. pole at the southeast corner of Portage Avenue and Navarre St. , with a new 50 f't . pole.
