Mr. Devin Stettler <br />CEC Proposal 161-618 — Phase II ESA <br />Page 8 <br />March 16, 2018 <br />5.0 SCHEDULE <br />Upon authorization to proceed, utilities can be notified and field activities scheduled to begin <br />within five to 10 business days, depending on subcontractor availability. The field activities are <br />expected to take two business days to conduct. Laboratory results should be obtained within <br />10 business days after receipt of the samples by the laboratory. <br />Findings from the assessment will be compiled into a draft Limited Phase II ESA report which can <br />be provided to UCE within approximately two weeks after the receipt of the laboratory results. <br />Upon receipt of mutually -agreeable comments, the final draft document can be issued within <br />two to three business days to INDOT for review. Upon receipt of mutually -agreeable comments <br />from INDOT, the Limited Phase II ESA report will be finalized and submitted to UCE within <br />approximately two to three business days. <br />6.0 CLOSING <br />We appreciate the opportunity to provide this proposal to you and look forward to assisting you <br />on this project.
