Cooperation with local school boards and vocational education systems to develop programs for preparing students to meet the <br />standards and criteria required to qualify for entry into apprenticeship programs. <br />F. Utilization of journeypersons to assist in the implementation of the sponsor's affirmative action program. <br />The JATC will conduct an annual review of this Affirmative Action Plan and its effectiveness, and subject to approval by the <br />Registration Agency, will institute any revisions or modifications warranted to achieve the purposes of the Plan as stated above. The <br />review will include both an internal assessment by the JATC and consultation with other informed parties, and will analyze each <br />activity under this plan, to gauge the nature and degree of its impact on outreach, recruitment, selection, employment, and training. <br />The JATC will continually monitor the rates of female and minority participation in the program, in order to assess progress toward <br />achieving the purposes of this Plan, the reasons for such performance, and the need for starting, ending, or changing specific <br />affirmative action efforts. All changes to this Plan must be submitted to the Registration Agency for approval. The JATC's <br />workforce goals also will be reviewed periodically as determined by the Registration Agency, and will be updated where necessary. <br />21 <br />
