f <br />J� <br />Illlllllll <br />IPR Employment and Minimum Training Guidelines <br />Minimum Requirements to qualify for employment/training with IPR: <br />No previous experience is required IPR will provide the effective training to do specific task safely, <br />correctly and effectively. New employees will be provided on-the-job training in the specific CIPP, Spin - <br />Cast Lining, CCTV and Pipe Cleaning in which they are enrolled. Minimum education levels are <br />required. Basic knowledge of materials, methods and the tools of construction is helpful but not <br />necessary. Applicants are required to: <br />1. Sign a letter stating that they are physically capable of performing the work required; including working <br />from scaffolds and in confined spaces. <br />2. Possess a valid Driver's License as trainees may be required to operate vehicles owned by IPR. <br />3. Provide their own reliable transportation to and from the specific IPR office, job site and to all related <br />instruction. <br />4. As a condition of continued enrollment, pass a drug test and be subject to random drug testing and <br />eVerify. <br />5. Willing to travel within the designated geographic region for the purpose of successfully completing on <br />the job training through IPR work assignments. <br />6. Agree to attend related instruction provided in the geographic region in full compliance with IPR's <br />policies. <br />Classroom TrainingZRelated Instruction <br />Classroom training or "related instruction" (RI), is based on OSHA recognized standards for safety. IPR <br />has inhouse trainers who are certified under industry guidelines with various certifications in safety and <br />construction quality management. All trainees must successfully complete a wide range of safety, trade <br />and leadership training, including the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety course, standard first aid/CPR <br />and other educational tasks geared toward underground utility repair and rehabilitation specific to pipe <br />lining operations.
