REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 11, 2018 394 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of <br />Public Works as follows: <br />1. The Board hereby accepts the transfers of the Property from the UEA on behalf of <br />DCI. <br />2. The Board authorizes Pamela C. Meyer of DCI to act on behalf of the Board to <br />execute any documents or take any action on the Board's behalf relevant to the acquisition of the <br />Property, including but not limited to signing any closing documentation and presenting the deed <br />for recordation. The Board authorizes Ms. Meyer to appoint a designee for the sole purpose of <br />presenting the deed for recordation and executing any documents ancillary to such recording. <br />3.
