Public <br />access is a needed service, especially for representing people who have no voice. He noted the he <br />was one of many who received a letter from Comcast informing him that they would no longer have <br />this service. He noted that Comcast's manager, Gary Stephenson, was great to work with and <br />encourage the City to get the equipment Comcast is offering to provide to them.
