3. The disposition of employees who failed the drug and/or alcohol test (e.g., <br />termination, leave without pay). <br />B. Records of employee drug test results that show employees passed a drug and/or <br />alcohol test will be kept for at least one (1) year. <br />C. A record of the number of employees tested, by type of test (e.g., post -accident), <br />will be kept for at least five (5) years. <br />D. Records confirming that supervisors and employees have been trained as required <br />under this Plan will be kept for at least three (3) years. <br />D. Records under A. through D. above will be maintained by the Third Party <br />Administrator and Company. <br />XII. ADMINISTRATION OF THE POLICY <br />Administration of the policy will be performed under the guidance of the Corporate <br />Environmental, Health & Safety Department. <br />Nothing in this policy shall be construed as creating an express or implied contract or <br />promise concerning the policies that the Company has implemented or will implement in <br />the future.
