Employee Assistance Pro ram <br />In addition to the education and training program described below, the company <br />also has available a designated vendor to which employees may refer for <br />additional consultation and referral. <br />The Company recognizes Alcohol, Drug, and Controlled Substance use and abuse <br />on or off premises as a potential health, safety, security and performance problem. <br />If you wish information on where to seek help for any type of substance abuse, <br />contact the Human Resources Department or Safety Department. <br />Failure to comply with any set forth requirements by a Substance Abuse <br />Professional or failure to comply and remain in compliance with any and all <br />prescribed or recommended rehabilitation and/or treatment programs shall establish <br />just cause for discipline and the individual shall be terminated. <br />B. Education <br />The company will provide an education program for its employees, which will <br />include the following: <br />1. Display and distribution of informational material; <br />2, Display and distribution of a community service hot-line telephone <br />number for employee assistance; and <br />3. Display and distribution of the company's Policy regarding the use of <br />prohibited drugs and alcohol misuse. <br />C.
