Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Mr. COMMISSION RATIFIED THE STAFF APPROVAL OF Varner and unanimously carried, the Commission THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR TOLL ratified the staff approval of the Certificate of ROAD PARTNERS,L.P. Completion for Toll Road Partners, L.P. 7. PROGRESS REPORTS Mr. Inks noted that at the March 12, 2012 Counsel Committee meeting, discussion took place about combining a couple of annual tax abatement reports that staff provides. One is the tax abatement summary survey information and the other is the CF 1 summaries we provide for the Counsel. They are considering combining those two reports, making the reporting easier for the businesses and the making of the report easier for staff Last year, the city had almost 50 tax active abatement recipients and roughly half of those did not file their CFI's.
