Understand that is our recommendation to them. <br /> After hearing the evidence on the petition, the Area Board of Zoning Appeals find that you did not <br /> satisfy the Standards as set forth in I.C. 36-7-4-918.5; therefore, the petition for Special Exception is <br /> sent to the City of South Bend Common Council with an Unfavorable Recommendation and the <br /> petition for the parking variance with two on site parking spaces and 22 off site spaces granted <br /> subject to the Special Exception being approved by the Common Council. <br /> Based on the testimony presented, the Area Board of Zoning Appeals, after careful consideration, finds this <br /> variance granted for two on site and 22 off site parking spaces subject to the Special Exception being <br /> approved by the City of South Bend Common Council and the petition for Special Exception is sent to the <br /> Common Council with an Unfavorable Recommendation and will issue written Finding of Facts. <br /> 57 <br />
