REGULAR MEETING October 8, 2018 point. I think we can get to a place where,to me,this is an insurance program in some regards. We pay for it now or we pay for it later. As I said, this is City-wide so to me, it is insurance and is inexpensive insurance. Councilmember Oliver Davis stated, I think when we look at these kinds of storms, then we can officially get back to this part but there are several of us that are on bordered districts. I call a boarded district where you have a situation that is right next to the County. Where we have Chippewa issues where we would have that big flood right on Chippewa, the problem that comes up is whether it is County or City. It can get held up on issues like that. I think we have to set up some sort of agreement, especially on those kinds of issues that we have a better understanding of how to utilize that and all the money doesn't have to come out of the City. I'm ready to move forward. Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to adopt Bill No. 40-18. Councilmember Jo M.
