If there are any private utilities located on this site <br />you will need to contact that entity to have those utilities located; <br />• All visible above -ground features observed during the course of the survey, <br />• Invert elevations for storm and sanitary structures, <br />• Finished floor elevations, <br />• Temporary Bench Marks (TBMs) as needed, <br />• Reduce all collected data to update the existing map of the site for the Engineer to use in site <br />design. <br />Task 2 - Geotechnical Investigation <br />Our proposal includes Geotechnical Investigation to be utilized for the Fremont Park Sidewalk <br />Improvement project. The scope of services for this task are as follows: <br />Performing of Soil Borings <br />Preparation of Soil Boring Logs, including: <br />— Soil Classifications <br />— Standard Penetration Test Data <br />— Water Level Information <br />Preparation of Geotechnical Investigation Report, including but not limited to Recommendations <br />on: <br />— Allowable Soil Bearing Pressure <br />— Concrete Pavement Thickness <br />— Sub -base Compaction <br />This proposal is based upon performing a total of three (3) borings on site. Three (3) soil boring to a depth <br />of 15' will be located within the proposed areas of the drywell and storm drainage system. For all soil <br />borings, standard split spoon penetration/blow count tests are to be performed at 1.5' intervals within the <br />initial 10' below the ground surface, and at 5' intervals below the initial 10' of depth. <br />Drilling Services <br />4 Borings @ 15' each <br />Total = 60' @ $10.00/ft <br />$600.00 <br />Mobilization/Demobilization for Soil Borings $400.00 <br />Geotechnical Investigation Report $1,850,00 <br />TOTAL ESTIMATED COST $2,850.00 <br />Task 3 — Design Services: <br />
