b. Review Owner -provide As -Built drawings of existing construction, <br />including original construction and sub Sequent renovations and <br />remodel projects within designated areas. <br />c. Prepare construction documents, including drawings (plans, <br />sections, interior elevations, schedules and details) and technical <br />specifications for identified corrective work. <br />i. Documents will be based on As -Built design documents, including <br />configuration, construction and finishes of impacted areas prior to <br />damaged conditions. <br />d. Prepare opinion of probable construction cost associated with <br />corrective actions. <br />e. Prepare draft construction documents for Owner's review and <br />comment <br />f. Prepare Final Construction Document and Specifications as a single <br />set of documents to allow for competitive bidding per State of <br />Indiana requirements for Public Works Projects. Documents shall be <br />signed by a professional Architect/Engineer within the State of <br />Indiana. <br />C. Bidding Services (if required) <br />A. The Architect/Engineer, shall provide the following: <br />a. Assist Owner with Advertisement for Bid or Quotation. <br />b. Release Documents for Bid/Quote. <br />c. Coordinate distribution through a local web -based plan room (i.e., <br />ARC Document Solutions). <br />d. Assist Owner and facilitate Pre -bid meeting with prospective <br />Bidders, if applicable. <br />e. Response to prospective bidders' questions via Addendum. <br />f. Issue Addenda, if applicable. <br />g. Attend Bid Opening, if applicable. <br />h. Review received Bids and confirm bid proposals. <br />i. Attend meeting and prepare recommendation for Award of <br />Construction Contract, if requested. <br />j. Assist the Owner in filing Contract Documents to receive State <br />Release permits, if required. <br />D. Construction Administration Services <br />A. The Architect/Engineer, shall provide the following: <br />a. Attend pre -construction meeting. <br />b. Review shop drawings and submittals related to the design. <br />c. Respond to Contractor's request for information that may arise <br />related to architectural and engineering design. <br />d. Review Contractor Payment Applications, review work <br />completed and provide recommendation for payment. <br />e. Perform Substantial Completion Inspection and issue Certificate <br />of Substantial Completion. <br />f. Assist Client with Project Closeout. <br />g. Provide one (1) final inspection of work <br />2 of 4 <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 1 <br />
