Dieter Dear Council Members: <br /> First District <br /> I ask each of you to join with me in sponsoring Substitute Bill No. 11-57, which I am <br /> Second District t <br /> Henry Davis, attaching for your consideration. <br /> Thomas LaFountain This Bill has been revised to focus on developing a plan of action which would is aimed at <br /> Third District attracting and leveraging financial incentives for the potential rehabilitation of the building <br /> current known as Chase Tower, which is current in receivership. <br /> Ann l'uzzello <br /> Fourth District This Bill would incorporate the goals and objectives of Citv Plan. It would promote <br /> rehabilitation plans which incorporate sustainable renovations to this building which must <br /> David Varner <br /> Fifth District reflect comprehensive leed-certified technologies. In this way, new businesses and jobs <br /> would be attracted to locate at this downtown location. <br /> Oliver J. Davis <br /> Sixth District I believe that this must be a collaborative effort of representatives of the City <br /> Administration and the Redevelopment Commission working with Common Council <br /> Al `Buddy' Kirsits representatives. Because time is of the essence, I have also incorporated a deadline of <br /> At Large November 14`h for the proposed incentive package to be unveiled at to the Common <br /> Timothy A.
