It expands the sub-area dealing <br /> with Eddy Street to include the full portions <br /> of Eddy Street Commons Phase I and II. <br /> And, it updates proposed zoning based on <br /> activities occurring in the northeast. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED DECLARATORY <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the RESOLUTION No.2949 AMENDING THE <br /> Commission approved Declaratory DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE NORTHEAST <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT UREA. <br /> Resolution No. 2949 amending the <br /> Development Plan for the Northeast <br /> Neighborhood Development Area. <br /> (2) Proposal for conceptual streetscape study <br /> of the Eddy Street Corridor. <br /> Mr. Kain noted that the Northeast <br /> Neighborhood Revitalization Organization <br /> (NNRO) would like to engage the services of <br /> DLZ Indiana, LLC to conduct a conceptual <br /> streetscape study of the Eddy Street corridor <br /> from Campeau Street South to Colfax <br /> Avenue. The study will look at streetscape <br /> improvements to Eddy Street within and <br /> beyond the public right-of-way outside of the <br /> street pavement and include: <br /> • Replacement of curb, sidewalk and <br /> ADA compliant sidewalk ramps <br /> • Replacement of streetlights to match <br /> the SR23 project <br /> • Introduction of a tree lawn along the <br /> East and West sides of the street <br /> • Replacement of street signs to match <br /> Eddy Street Commons street signs <br /> In order to accomplish this, DLZ will study <br /> 30 <br />
