Mr. Witwer asked that the <br />Commission authorize anot-to-exceed <br />amount of $20,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group for a not to exceed <br />amount of $20,000. <br />E. South Bend Medical Services District <br />There was no business in the South Bend Medical <br />Services District. <br />F. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Agreement with South Bend Heritage <br />Foundation, Inc. related to the West <br />Washington-Chapin Development Area. <br />Mr. Inks noted that the Commission <br />previously took action approving some <br />demolitions for Oil Express, Basic <br />Machine and the back portion of the <br />Natatorium. South Bend Heritage has <br />worked in this neighborhood for more than <br />3 0 years. Until recently there has not been <br />much TIF revenue to work with in the <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN <br />THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA AND ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />THE ABONMARCHE GROUP FOR A NOT TO <br />EXCEED AMOUNT OF $20,000 <br />31 <br />
