Tax Abatements <br /> (1) Resolution No. 2922 approving an <br /> application for real property tax deduction <br /> for property located at 1122 Notre Dame <br /> Avenue in the Northeast Neighborhood <br /> Development Area. (John and Jennifer <br /> Sejdinaj). <br /> Ms. Hahn reported that Dale DeVon intends <br /> to construct an approximate 3,000 square <br /> foot, single-family home at 1122 Notre Dame <br /> Avenue for John and Jennifer Sejdinaj. The <br /> home will have four bedrooms, 3 '/2 <br /> bathrooms, a partially finished basement, <br /> two-car garage, and a screened in porch. <br /> The project is part of the Notre Dame <br /> Avenue Housing Program and, as such, will <br /> follow the design specifications and <br /> standards required by that program. The cost <br /> of the home will be approximately $600,000. <br /> Total taxes to be abated during the five-year <br /> abatement period are estimated at $1,893.34. <br /> Total taxes to be paid during the five-year <br /> abatement period are estimated at <br /> $31,837.55. <br /> John and Jennifer Sejdinaj have not been <br /> granted any previous tax abatements.
