The project <br /> qualifies for five years of residential tax <br /> abatement under the tax abatement <br /> ordinance. <br /> Ms. Hahn introduced Mr. DeVon for any <br /> further questions. <br /> Mr. Varner questioned whether Ron Gale <br /> was the previous property owner asked about <br /> whether the large lot was created by <br /> combining two lots.
