It was the intention of staff to <br /> construction the shelter pads and shelters as <br /> part of the project, but based on budgets at <br /> the time of the project construction, this <br /> element was delayed. Based on the amount <br /> of bus traffic that Brown Mackie and the <br /> Memorial Home Health facility generate, <br /> there has become a need for these bus <br /> shelters.
