The initial <br /> cost estimate for this project is roughly <br /> $150,000. Staff requests approval of <br /> Resolution No. 2903. <br /> Mr. Varner asked how the project was <br /> funded. Mr. Inks responded that the money <br /> was borrowed from Mishawaka and from <br /> Major Moves funds, both of which are being <br /> paid back from Douglas Road Development <br /> Area TIF funds on schedule or ahead of <br /> schedule. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2903 <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2903 OF AN ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER AGENCY <br /> AGREEMENT(SR 23 AND DOUGLAS LIDDED <br /> approving and authorizing the execution of RIGHT TURN LANE-ENGINEERING). <br /> an Addendum to the Master Agency <br /> Agreement (SR 23 and Douglas Added Right <br /> Turn Lane—Engineering). <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2904 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement (Douglas <br /> Road Bus Shelters—Engineering). <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2904 <br /> adds construction of the Douglas Road Bus <br /> Shelters—Engineering Project to the Master <br /> Agency Agreement. The addendum <br /> contains a proposal in the amount of$7,300 <br /> 41 <br />
