Public Hearings <br /> (3) continued... <br /> the Notice of Hearing; (5) A copy of <br /> Resolution No. 2876; (6) An affidavit from <br /> Jacki Krolczyk, Advertising Director of the <br /> South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of <br /> Hearing was published in that newspaper on <br /> May 27, 2011; (7) An affidavit from Richard <br /> Andrysiak, Classified Manager of the Tri- <br /> County News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br /> published in that newspaper on May 27, <br /> 2011; (8) A statement from David Relos that <br /> on May 27, 2011 affected property owners <br /> and registered neighborhood associations <br /> were sent notice of the Public Hearing; and <br /> (9) The mail was checked prior to this <br /> meeting. As of 4:00 p.m., June 14, 2011, <br /> there were no written remonstrances received <br /> related to Resolution No. 2876. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that on April 26, 2011, the <br /> Commission approved declaratory <br /> Resolution No. 2860. On May 17, 2011, the <br /> St. Joseph County Area Plan Commission, <br /> approved its Resolution No. 218-11, which <br /> approved, ratified, and confirmed Resolution <br /> No. 2860, determining that it conforms to the <br /> plan of development for the City. On <br /> May 23, 2011, the South Bend Common <br /> Council, approved its Resolution No. 4107- <br /> 11, which approved, ratified, and confirmed <br /> the Area Plan Commission's Resolution <br /> No. 218-11. The final process in amending <br /> the Development Plan is the public hearing <br /> and consideration of confirming Resolution <br /> No. 2876. <br /> 16 <br />
