Continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Ms. <br />Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposals from Jerome E. Michaels <br />and R.E. Pitts & Associates for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Appraisals - Columbia Street Project) <br />r. Commission approval requested for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Surveys - Columbia Street Project) <br />Three proposals were received. The first was from <br />Danch, Harper & Associates for $3,475. The second <br />was from Lang, Feeney & Associates in the amount <br />of $1,600. The third was from Wightman Petrie for <br />$3,300. The staff recommended the Commission <br />accept the proposal from Lang, Feeney & <br />Associates in the amount of $1,600. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Ms. <br />Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from Lang, Feeney & <br />Associates for professional services in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area.
