36. Prepared mobile workshop and presentation materials for IACT conference. Reviewed <br />potential projects for EPA grant applications. <br />37. Provided environmental information/advice to Business Assistance staff on <br />approximately three potential development sites. <br />38. Presented South Bend's Brownfield Initiative to professional audience of Rural Electrical <br />Cooperative Economic Development representatives. (Indianapolis, June) <br />39. Coordinated Brownfield Site Assessment sampling at Beck's Lake in LaSalle Park. <br />40. Attended 2003 National Brownfields Conference. <br />Other <br />41. Coordinated the removal of 4 problem railroad grade crossings (LWW, College, Kemble <br />& Prairie) and repair of 2 grade crossings (Prairie, Kemble). <br />42. Prepared IACT mobile workshop of development projects for Mayor's office. <br />43. Coordinated press releases for (1) Rose Fuel announcement, (2) Industrial Park ground <br />breaking, (3) Oliver smokestack completion, (4) stamping plant fire investigation, (5) <br />insurance recovery claim and (6) Fredrickson park groundbreaking. <br />44. Conducted Tour for new Tribune Reporters showing City development projects. <br />45. Worked with Studebaker National Museum on site location decision Union Station vs. <br />Northern Indiana Center for History. <br />46. Represented City on Operation Lifesaver train (June). <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />1. Bosch Phase II - Completed in May <br />2. Tech Data - removal of 350' of pavement and construction of a cul -de -sac, landscaping <br />and fencing <br />4. Blad Farms Study <br />5. Blackthorn West signage <br />6.
