The <br />amount of the lease is $1,139.85 per month. <br />Terms and conditions of a new lease will be <br />negotiated in March 2005. <br />Mr. Hunt asked if there is any progress on <br />leasing the space freed up by Billie's <br />downsizing. Mr. Williams responded that <br />CB Richard Ellis claims to have a party <br />interested, but has not shared any specifics <br />with staff. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the First Amendment <br />to Commercial Lease with Kendall Catering, <br />Inc. <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />demolition of 714 and 725 E. Ohio St. in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Williams noted that the Commission <br />intends to demolish the structures at 714 and <br />725 E.
