South Bend Central Development Area <br />(5) continued... <br />completed in November and December of <br />2004 to refine and create four (4) options for <br />the streetscape plan for the negotiations with <br />UL /EHL and other stakeholders in the <br />amount of $1,775; and (2) Professional <br />services to finalize the design and <br />construction bid packet and make all <br />necessary plan changes created by the <br />negotiations with UL /EHL and other <br />stakeholders in the amount of $1,800. The <br />total addendum contract amount is $3,575. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Awpft IL� Commission approved a Letter of <br />Agreement — Addendum #1 to original <br />contract dated August 2003 from Lehman & <br />Lehman related to the East Washington Area <br />Streetscape Development Project. <br />C. Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2124 approving the fair <br />market value of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 2124 relates to the disposition of <br />property located at 1115 South Michigan <br />Street in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. Resolution No. 2124 sets the fair <br />market value for the property referred to as <br />the South Michigan Street Disposition <br />Parcel. The property consists of three (3) <br />parcels that total approximately 23,908 sq. ft. <br />19 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A LETTER OF <br />AGREEMENT -ADDENDUM #1 TO ORIGINAL <br />CONTRACT DATED AUGUST 2003 FROM LEHMAN <br />& LEHMAN RELATED TO THE EAST <br />WASHINGTON AREA STREETSCAPE <br />DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br />
