Airport Economic Development Area <br />continue ... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Peczkowski, seconded <br />by Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission tabled item. 6.E.(3). <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(ALTA survey replatting Lot 1B) <br />Mr. Witwer noted that in order to prepare lot <br />1B in the corporate park for disposition we <br />need an ALTA survey. We also need to <br />replat a portion of the lot divided from the <br />main body of the lot by an access easement <br />to the Blue Herron. This newly created lot <br />will be platted to Lot 1 C. The proposal from <br />Abonmarche is for a fee of $4,900 for both <br />services. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Peczkowski and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for survey services and accepted the <br />proposal from Abonmarche for the scope of <br />work and fee proposed. <br />(5) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2367 approving a form of <br />Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of <br />property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Witwer noted that item 6.E.(5) is the <br />same as item 6.E.(6). <br />ITEM 6.E.(3) WAS TABLED <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />PROPOSAL FOR SURVEY SERVICES AND <br />ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM ABONMARCHE <br />FOR THE SCOPE OF WORK AND FEE PROPOSED <br />52 <br />
