South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting —June 14, 2011 Notice of Intended Disposition of Property with publication dates of June 24 and July 1, 2011 and receipt of bids at 10:00 a.m., July 12, 2011. Scott Street) (14) Resolution No. 2898 approving and authorizing the execution of a Master Agency Agreement by and between the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Park Commissioners relating to 2011 projects. Mr. Schalliol noted that a Master Agency Agreement is needed with the Board of Park Commissioners to do the work we've anticipated at Voorde Park. Resolution No. 2898 approves the Master Agency Agreement. The next agenda item approves the first Addendum to the master agreement assigning that project to the master agreement. Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 2898 approving and authorizing the execution of a Master Agency Agreement by and between the South Bend Redevelopment Commission and the City of South Bend, Indiana, Board of Park Commissioners relating to 2011 projects. (15) Resolution No. 2894 approving and authorizing the execution of an Addendum to the Master Agency Agreement ( Voorde Park Planning and Construction) Mr. Schalliol noted that the Commission previously approved Addendums to the Master Agency Agreement to contract with Lehman & Lehman for initial site planning, 10:00 A.M., JULY 12, 2011.
