South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting —June 14, 2011 <br />Cleveland Road. <br />The second project is the Mayflower sewer <br />construction with a contract amount of <br />$1,868,743.50. That work will include the <br />construction of a new sewer force line that <br />will intercept sewage at the intersection of <br />Mayflower and Brick and force the material <br />to the Blackthorn Lift Station located on <br />Nimtz Parkway. There will be additional <br />sewer network configuration as part of this <br />project that will free up capacity in the <br />existing network on the northwest side of <br />town. <br />The Addendum includes a copy of a <br />professional services proposal Abonmarche <br />to provide Project Oversight/Inspection for a <br />fee of $86,740.00. The city will assign an <br />inspector to this project but Abonmarche will <br />serve as an additional inspector and be in the <br />field to deal with project construction issues. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution <br />No. 2893. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2893 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement (Mayflower /Hutsfield Square <br />Infrastructure Project) <br />(11) Resolution No. 2897 approving the Fair <br />Market Value of Property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area (604 S. Scott <br />Street, former Millennium Environmental, <br />Inc.) <br />Mr. Sikora noted that the city picked up this <br />property at 604 S. Scott St. at tax sale. We <br />were able to use some environmental <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2893 <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br />OF AN ADDENDUM TO THE MASTER AGENCY <br />AGREEMENT (MAYFLOWER/HUTSFIELD SQUARE <br />INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT) <br />
